Remodel in Bryan for AirBnb

This home addition, now an Airbnb “getaway”, was originally an office space. J2 converted this back porch room to have its own private courtyard entrance separate from the main house. Adding a full bathroom: shower, toilet, and lavatory with a backlit mirror greatly increase the function of the space. Replacing a window unit with a Mitsubishi “Whisper Quiet” mini split made the space quieter and feel more comfortable. The contemporary components paired with the rustic ceiling and customer’s décor created an inviting space.
