We care about our relationships with everyone we encounter. Employees, subcontractors, vendors, customers, competitors are all important to J2. We strive to leave everyone feeling positively impacted with each encounter.

We love what we do

Whether we do construction for one more year or a hundred years, we are passionate about this work. We love all the people that we have the privilege of working with and opportunities to learn new things. Remodeling and construction always provide opportunities to learn and dive deeper into the details. Every person that lives and breathes comes in to contact with construction in some form or fashion, and we have learned to embrace and enjoy it whether at work or in our own homes. 

We’ve got each other’s back

From the showroom to field work, each one of us has inherent value as human beings and members of this great team. Whether personally or company related each person in our J2 family loves and cares for each other. This began with the relationship between both Jeremy and Joseph and hasn’t stopped since.

We aren't afraid to ask questions

There is a lot of knowledge and experience between all the members of the J2 team; however, we are not afraid to stop and ask questions. As the saying goes in construction “measure twice, cut once”. We are eager to double check what we think to be true through research and through professional relationships with experts in the various fields of study in construction science.

You can’t replace grit

We can’t run a business without hard work and determination. No matter how much we love each other and the work we do, we still have to do what it takes to get the job done. We pride ourselves on being fast, efficient and excellent. We are not afraid to problem solve along the way and work through tough situations.

Safety above all else

Last but not least, none of us would be here if we did not choose to work and create a safe environment. It’s too expensive to get injured (the insurance bill can tell you that). Most importantly (as previously stated) our employees and customers are too important for us to take any shortcuts on safety. Therefore, we constantly research and consider ways to keep our J2 family safe, which of course includes you, our customer. Once you have us do a project and become a part of our family, we hope you will never want to go anywhere else!
